ITBA Summer Series Education Programme 2019

ITBA Summer Series Education Programme 2019

ITBA annually secures funding from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine under its EQUINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT & BREEDING SCHEME PROJECT to co-fund its Educational Programme. These educational programmes are designed to support and advocate quality thoroughbred horse production, while educating and informing both established and emerging breeders. As in the case each year, when possible, the programme includes a number of QQI (Level 4) accredited courses. This is the national agency responsible for qualifications and quality assurance in further education and training and higher education in Ireland. We are delighted to announce outlining details of the 2019 Educational Programme, which is ambitious, breeder focused and aims to address some of the challenges of 21st century thoroughbred breeding. ITBA advocates for a culture of lifelong learning within the work place. Details pertaining to the first element of the programme, namely Summer Educational Series, which takes place at the ITBA HQ from 1st - 8th July will be published next week.
