ITBA Educational Programme 2021 - Update

Work is underway for ITBA’s Autumn / Winter Veterinary Lecture Series, which will take place during the months of October and November. Details of topics and dates will be announced in due course.

A date of note for members is Thursday 16th December. On this day, we will host our annual ITBA Breeding Season Preparation Workshop. Depending on the latest public health measures, the aim is to have a hybrid event, meaning there will be an opportunity for breeders to attend in person at ITBA HQ as well as virtually.

As we approach the final quarter of ITBA Educational Programme 2021, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge all the speakers, some of whom are members of our association, who contributed to the many series of virtual workshops and webinars. We would like to thank them for giving so continuously of both their time and expertise. The reality is without industry stakeholder’s support, ITBA would not be in a position to create and deliver its annual educational programme.

Here at ITBA we encourage breeders to develop a culture of live-long learning for the betterment of themselves and members of their stud farm team or breeding operations. We always advocate for quality thoroughbred production, whilst incorporating the latest methods and technologies.

Any breeders' suggestions for relevant topics to be feed into ITBA Educational Programme 2022 would be most welcome. Email them to Kerry Ryan via kryan@itba.ie
