The Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards 2023, sponsored by Godolphin, recognise and reward the hard work and dedication of stud and stable staff, acknowledging the huge contribution they make to the Irish Breeding and Racing Industry.

ITBA is delighted to once again be involved in this great event. Congratulations to all the deserving awards recipients. Each Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Award winner received a specially commissioned trophy by sculptor Ani Mollereau and €5,000. An additional €2,500 was awarded to their employers to be used for the benefit of each winner’s colleagues.

Cathy Grassick, ITBA Chairman said: “The Awards are a wonderful opportunity for the thoroughbred industry to acknowledge and appreciate all those working in both the breeding and racing sectors in Ireland. It provides a platform for employees across the various areas of the thoroughbred industry, be it in studs, racing yards or in administrative roles to be celebrated for their hard work. Many congratulations to all award recipients”
