Registrations open for 2024 Ask The Expert Series

The popular ITBA Ask The Expert Series is back for 2024 and will kick off on Wednesday 6th March and run with four online sessions across March and April. We look forward to welcoming industry experts to present to our members on a wide range of topics including Foal Health, Parasite Control, Mycotoxins, and Emerging Diseases.

The March series will be given by veterinary professional Dr Siobhan McAuliffe. The first episode, on Wednesday 6th March will feature Foal Health, with an emphasis on maximising health and minimising vet bills. The second episode from Dr McAuliffe will be held on Wednesday 20th March and will focus on Parasite Control in the Foal.

The April series will welcome experts from the Irish Equine Centre. Alan Creighton, Head of Environment and Nutrition will host the first episode on Wednesday 3rd April and will focus on Mycotoxins in Grass, Feed and Forage, while the second episode on Wednesday 17th April will look at Emerging Viral Diseases with Professor Ann Cullinane.
